"OneLens" is the camera app we, BrunchDevelopment, developed for direct uploads to cloud services like OneDrive, Google Drive, and Google Photos.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the OneLens app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
3. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the OneLens app is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our data handling practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy to understand how their data is collected, used, and protected.
4. Liability and Disclaimers
BrunchDevelopment/OneLens is not responsible for any data loss or corruption due to user actions, software bugs, device issues, internet problems, or changes by cloud providers.
We are not liable for unauthorized access or security breaches affecting data within the app or cloud services.
The app is provided "as is" with no guarantees of performance or error correction. Users waive claims against us for any related damages or losses.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to lawful use only and must maintain the security of their devices and accounts.
Users are responsible for ensuring their uploads comply with cloud service terms and do not include prohibited content or malware.
6. Modifications to Terms
BrunchDevelopment reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Major changes will be communicated through the app, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. App Availability
We reserve the right to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the app or any portion thereof with or without notice. We are not liable for any such discontinuation.
8. Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are handled by Apple. Your credit/debit card will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account settings.
9. Intellectual Property
The OneLens app and all related materials are the intellectual property of BrunchDevelopment. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the app or BrunchDevelopment's intellectual property is prohibited.
